I like using beauty products that make me feel good inside and out. I don’t want to use a product that helps me look better while it secretly is harmful to me and/or the environment. The reverse is also true, I wouldn’t use a product that was eco-friendly that didn’t also make me feel my best. Why should I have to compromise one for the other?
I recently discovered a company called Original Sprout. I don’t have to compromise on anything with Original Sprout. They offer “Worry-Free Luxury” skin and hair care products. For my review, I received products from their Tahitian collection- Island Bliss Shampoo, Luscious Island Conditioner, Tahitian Hair Oil, and Face & Body Sunscreen.
Island Bliss Shampoo provides volume, moisture, strength and color protection. It has a gentle formula that is safe for all hair types and daily use. Both of my Daughters and I have fine blonde hair that tends to looks limp and lifeless. While using Island Bliss Shampoo, our hair looks thick and radiant throughout the day.
Luscious Island Conditioner contains tropical Mongongo Oil and vegan jojoba protein, both help to rebuild and strengthen hair. It has a thick creamy texture and an intoxicating tropical smell. It works well on all hair types.Luscious Island Conditioner leaves our hair looking better than it has in a long time. I really appreciate the gently pH level, especially since it doesn’t irritate my sensitive skin.
Tahitian Hair Oil instantly adds shine to our hair. It also helps with tangles and frizzies. I was worried that the Tahitian Hair Oil would weigh down our hair and/or make it look greasy but that wasn’t the case at all. Our hair looked and felt healthier and more manageable. Tahitian Hair Oil can also be used to combat dry skin…especially hands, elbows, and feet.
Face & Body Sunscreen is a rich non-greasy formula. It provides you with SPF 24+ protection and hydration. It is a family friendly product that is suitable for sensitive skins. I really enjoy this product; it goes on smooth and has a wonderful scent. This product has won the 2011 Babbles Best Sunscreen Award!
