Ryan has tried a few different types of e-cigarettes in the past, but had never given disposable ones a try. I’ve thought before that disposable e-cigarettes seem like a nice alternative to traditional e-cigarettes for people who don’t want to be bothered with buying new cartridges or using the drops to refill their cartridges. My dad has been a smoker since he was a really young teenager, and to say that he doesn’t keep up with technology is a massive understatement. I’ve thought that if we would be able to convince him to switch to an e-cigarette, it would definitely need to be a disposable one because he wouldn’t mess with refilling drops or recharging the battery.
The White Cloud fling cigarettes come in a variety of flavors like vanilla, menthol, regular, cinnamon and more. Then, the flavors come in different strengths as well. Ryan was sent a variety to try out and overall he was pretty happy with the fling e-cigarettes. He liked the unique flavors like vanilla and cinnamon, though if he were to purchase these regularly he’d most likely stick with the “regular” flavor seems how he doesn’t usually purchase menthol or other flavored cigarettes. He’s tried a variety of e-cigarettes before and their biggest downfall is always their strength, in Ryan’s view. He said that he was surprised that the strong regular flavor was as strong as it was, and that it was probably stronger than any other e-cigarette that he had tried. Yet, he still just felt like ti didn’t quite compare to the real thing. I don’t view this as anything against White Cloud, but it is instead just a reality about e-cigarettes in general – they aren’t exactly the same as real cigarettes so these small differences exist.
With the vanilla cigarette, it seemed like the vanilla flavor was there at first and then changed (but didn’t fade) after just a few puffs, but the others kept their original flavor throughout. Ryan didn’t seem to think that the 1-2 packs per e-cigarette was accurate as he went through these quicker than that. Part of this may have been due to him smoking for a different length of time each time he would smoke (seems how with a traditional cigarette, he’d smoke until the cigarette was gone and there isn’t any “measure” of when to be done with e-cigs) but even with that taken into account, I think it’s probably still off as I originally thought they were worth 1 pack of cigarettes and he said that isn’t accurate, and then I read they are actually suppose to be the same as two packages. Yet, as I said he hasn’t tried any other brands of disposable e-cigarettes so we don’t know how they compare that way.
Overall, I can see these being useful for people like my dad who would like to change to a healthier alternative but don’t want the hassle of refilling cartridges or charging the e-cigarette, etc. The 5 packs retail for $29.99 before shipping and you’re able to create any combination of flavors and strengths that you want. If you order more at once, the price per e-cigarette goes down, as the 100 packs are $375 which works out to $18.75 for every 5.
