 As most of you probably know by now, I am pregnant with Baby #2. I am a little over 6 months into my pregnancy and compared to when I was pregnant with my daughter, I am huge! I am seriously the same size now as I was at 40 weeks with my daughter. I know this is normal and I know there is nothing to worry about. I try and eat healthy and take care of myself the best way I can but I have to admit it’s a little more difficult emotionally this time around. Whereas the first time I loved seeing my belly grow, this time my perception of myself isn’t as glorious.

I know I need to celebrate and enjoy this pregnancy the same way I did with my daughter and what better way to feel good about myself than by getting brand new sexy maternity and nursing lingerie! I don’t know about you but lace, ruffles, and glitter always help my mood!

Hotmilk Lingerie had exactly what I was looking for. They specialize in sexy and colorful yet functional lingerie for pregnant and nursing women. They of course have bras and briefs, as well as shapewear, sleepwear, and swimwear. Here’s sample of the products you’ll find at Hotmilk Lingerie.

For this review, I received the Dusk Nursing Bra and the matching Dusk Bikini Panty. This set is a beautiful shimmery golden color and is made of soft microfiber. Both items are embellished with cream color lace.

The cup lining is made of 100% cotton and the straps are also lined with cotton for optimal comfort. The straps are rushed which I’d never seen before but it’s a very pretty detail. I just wish the straps were a tiny bit larger on the shoulders. In terms of adjusting, the bra has 6 settings, with 3 hooks and eye fastenings so it’s easy to get a good fit as your body changes.

The bikini panty has a cute keyhole detailing and rushing at the back. It is design to fit perfectly the curves of a growing belly. Unlike regular underwear, it doesn’t bunch up or roll down. The soft elastic also help keep it in place.

For nursing, there is a nursing clip which reveals an A-frame design. This triangular design offers more support as opposed to a side-sling nursing bra. The cups aren’t padded. I usually prefer padded cups because they are more discreet but I have to say that this unpadded bra is much more comfortable during hot summer days (anybody else suffering through 107F weather?)

Overall, I am really pleased with the bra and panty set I received from Hotmilk Lingerie. The look is sexy and flattering and the design makes it super comfortable throughout pregnancy and nursing months.
