October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and, for many people, this hits close to home. Even personally, I have an Aunt who I grew up spending Summers with who dealt with breast cancer a few years ago. After her treatment regimen of chemo, surgeries, and more, she is now cancer free but there is always that dark cloud hanging over with the possibilities of relapse. Unfortunately, I know this scenario is all to familiar to many others around the world. So in an effort to help, Terranova, a woman founded and owned company, is on a mission.
Terranova has announced that they will be donating 5% of proceeds from sales of their Tuberose Line as well as their Pamper With A Purpose Gift Sets to the National Breast Cancer Foundation’s mission of Helping Women Now. This mission provides help and hope to those affected by breast cancer through education, early detection, and support services.
To celebrate women and help bring notice to this cause, I was sent the Tuberose Cologne Mist which is part of the Island Escape Line and was originally created by Jane Saunders -Terranova’s founder!- in the 70’s. I have really been enjoying this Mist. This fresh dreamy scent is light and airy and quite appealing! It’s definitely becoming a quick favorite of mine.

I’m a city girl turned country by my awesome husband and we have three busy boys and two darling daughters. I love spending time with my family, reading Karen Kingsbury novels, and catching up with friends while our kiddos have play dates.
