Todays post is about an etsy shop called Spoiled Sweet. Here’s a little about the shop owner…

WHEN DID YOU DISCOVER YOU’RE TALENT FOR MAKING GIRLS ACCSSORIES? I have always been a crafter by heart from a very young age. When my girls started getting interested in hair bows it got my curiosity and creative juices flowing. I love the thought of giving my children handmade items especially from me with love. So I slowly started trying out make small bows here and there, I wont lie to you it was a disaster at first 🙂 I kept the I think I can attitude and was having so much fun coming up with new ideas and trying new things like tutus and hair flowers I just kept on going.

HOW HARD IS IT TO RUN A COMPANY (WITH 2 OTHER LADIES) AND RAISE 4 KIDS? It is fabulous being partners with my sister and friend Amy, we are able to be honest with each other on our ideas and expectations. We all bring different talents to the table that make this company as a whole. Outside of the company I am so blessed to be raising 4 kids. It is suprisingly easy to manage the both I can set my own hours and get the enjoyment of staying home and raising my kiddos.

WOULD YOU RECOMMEND IT TO SOMEONE ELSE WITH CHILDREN AND A TALENT? Yes, I highly recommend it. It is alot of fun to do and you get to meet and bless other families along the way.

WHAT ARE YOUR FAVORITE ITEMS TO MAKE? My favorite items to make right now are tutus! I think it brings out my inner child when I think of playing in tutus when I was a little girl. The great thing is that you can make them fluffy sassy and short or long and elegant. I love to see little girls faces when they get to put on one of their new tutus and play fairy or princess

I was sent three hair bows for my little sister from Spoiled Sweet, to review. I normally watch her from 4am until I get her up for school, but she’s had pink eye so she hasn’t been able to go to school so I haven’t gotten to get her reaction on these bows yet, but they are well made and very cute! The clip that holds the bow into your hair is disguised with cute ribbon that matches the rest of the bow. The edges and ends of the bow seem very strong, not at all uneven or jagged, which leads me to think they will be very unlikely to fray which many ribbon bows do. The only thing I would change, would be the size, but this is of course a personal preference. I just don’t care for really big bows, but the etsy shop has the size in inches list on each listing, so if you prefer smaller bows you can simply order smaller ones instead of using the age guidelines. Overall these are great quality and very cute!

Spoiled Sweet also sells tutu’s, most of which are either 12 or 15 dollars, so a great deal! You can even create your own tutu based on your favorite colors for just 12! The shop also has some hats, headbands and personalized clothing.
