First of all I’d like to start off by apologizing for always showing monsters, dinosaurs, robots, dragons, etc in my images. But when I review a shop and they have anything with a monster on it I just can’t resist. =]
Anyway, on to the review. Hehe. Lil Bit Sassy is an etsy shop that has art cases (including MONSTER ones like shown above), Art aprons, wrist rattles, baby chew toys, owie bags, blankies and a few other things as well.
When I was contacted to do a review, I was really excited because I love how cute everything in her store is. I was sent a wrist rattle and teething toy set from her store. This is the set I got (though it’s her image not mine)
Although I was excited, I was a bit hesitant as well. I’ve bought lots of stuff on etsy and have done trades for my etsy shop products for other peoples etsy shop products, in the past. So I have received a variety of handmade items, some of which I love and are great, and others that aren’t of the greatest quality. I knew that the item I was being sent would be a gift for my nephew that is due to be born anytime between now and then next 2 weeks or so (SO CLOSE! =D). Naturally, I knew that if I didn’t feel like the items I was sent were of really high quality, then I wouldn’t feel safe giving them to my nephew or any other newborn.
However, when they arrived I was a little floored at how great their quality is! I have received quite a few great things from etsy in the past, but there is almost always still a ‘handmade’ feel to them – if you know what I mean? That’s not at all the case with the teething toy and wrist rattle I received. I could easily see them for sale in a store. They are that perfect. I am beyond pleased with them and can’t wait for my nephew to be born so we can bring these to the hospital with us along with his other gifts.
The other thing I really have to show off from this shop is her lovey/blankies. As I said before, I can’t resist posting about monsters, robots, etc. I LOVE these robot loveys!
