When we arrived in Toledo, our first stop was at the hotel we’d be spending two nights in – the Park Inn located at 101 North Summit Street in Toledo. It’s right downtown toledo, and 15 stories tall. Our room was a one bed non-smoking room, but smoking rooms are available and they also have special rooms for disabled guests. The bed was big and comfy (so were the pillows) and the view was amazing. The hotel is right downtown making it conveniently located for most trips. Almost everyplace we went was fairly close to the hotel.
There was clear attention to detail, with the end of the toilet paper being folded, the towels being folded and even an adorable rubber duck waiting on the edge of the bathtub. The only thing about our stay that could have been improved was the sluggish internet connection, but it’s free with your hotel stay so I can’t complain too much. We interacted with the hotel staff members on a few occasions and they were always kind and helpful.
We had the opportunity to have breakfast at the restaurant inside of the park inn, called Mad Mike’s. The breakfast was delicious and arrived quickly after we ordered. Both Ryan and I were completely pleased with everything we ordered which included french toast, sausage, an omelet and juice. The Park Inn also offers breakfast in bed and room service if you’d rather stay in your hotel room to eat.
Disclaimer – We received a complimentary 2 night hotel stay and breakfast at the park inn in toledo, ohio. No other form of compensation was offered or accepted. All opinions are my own.

I love that ducky on top of the towels. Talk about attention to detail! Great views from your window, too. I never did get up to Toledo when we lived in Kent, Ohio.
