Are you ready to live life at your Healthy Weight? Author Kelly Stallings is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a PhD in Natural Health. She and a team of colleges have been working to create a book filled with tips on how to live your life positively and lose your extra weight, for good.
For my review, Kelly sent me her “Think Thin to Live Thin” book, companion CD, and a black habit band bracelet with the words “Live Thin-Think Thin” engraved.
Kelly’s book, “Think Thin to Live Thin” takes you on an eight week journey teaching you how to make changes in your life that lead to better physical and mental health. Unlike most weight loss products, Kelly’s book helps you look into the mental part of weight loss and uncover the real issues that lead you to yo-yo dieting.
Each week, Kelly gives you an assignment with one small thing to change in your daily life and each assignment builds on the next week’s teachings. This way you aren’t overwhelmed and can actually do the work to develop new healthy habits.
I really enjoyed reading Kelly’s book. I thought she gave a lot of great tips; especially, on how to see the connection between my outlook and my success….with anything and everything in life. I understand that I am just beginning my journey to living a healthier life style and that there are no quick fixes.
You can read more about Kelly and her products on her website, Facebook, twitter, and YouTube pages.

Hello, my name is Laurie. My family and I live near the Oregon coast. When we aren’t at work, in school, or on the volleyball court, we enjoy traveling, cheering for our favorite sports teams, playing outdoors, and checking off items on our bucket list. We are lucky in that both sets of our parents, as well as our siblings and their families, live within an hour of us. We get together often to help one another out, celebrate milestones, and go on adventures together.
