I was sent 2 packages of Breathe Right Advanced Nasal Strips to try out. I would say “luckily” we all came down with a Spring cold just around the same time…but it wasn’t too lucky, I guess. Though, it was fortunate we had these strips to help us battle the misery that comes with not being able to breathe.

First, my teenage son came home from school not being able to breathe. I suggested he put a Breathe Right strip on, but I had not opened the package yet, so suggested that he wait until after his foray to the library since, in my past experiences, Breathe Right looked like a band-aid on your nose. With these, however, that proved not to be the case, since they now come in clear. When he put them on with his glasses, you could almost not even tell it was there!

My daughter, then, came home with the same symptoms and I immediately ran to get her a nasal strip. Her verdict? “It’s a miracle, Mom!” She said she could not believe how fast it worked and we should always keep some on hand.

I tend to try and keep some on hand over the winter, but now that I have tried the clear, advanced, I will be even more apt to keep it in my medicine cabinet. It is far superior to using cold meds to me, as I don’t like the walking dead feeling that comes from being medicated.

The company claims their products help with snoring, but I was not able to test that out as my mate refuses to believe he snores. I have considered grabbing one in the night and placing it on his nose in his sleep, but I haven’t done it yet. Though all the information on their site and other reviews I have read seems to be a consensus that it is really good for problem snorers.
