I just found a fun Women’s clothing company called Aventura. Aventura is a family-owned company that is based in Sierra Nevada. One of the things that really impressed me about Aventura is their attention to the details when they design their clothing; it is both comfortable and attractive.

In 2001 Aventura president John Kirsch developed a passion for bettering the environment. He found that in using organic and sustainable fabrics, they could continue making beautiful clothing while lessoning the impact on the environment. Currently Aventura has over 100 different styles that are made with sustainable fabrics.

For my review, I received the Addie Organic Cotton Capris in the color Wren. Addie Capris sit just below the waistline. These capris are convertible because you can wear them as capris or roll them up to a pedal-pusher style/length.

Addie Capris are decorated with contrasting stitching and fabric details that are very eye catching. This design is easy to enhance by adding a dressy top and turning the outfit into a business causal look or wear your favorite flip-flops and t-shirt for a more relaxed look.

I have worn my Addie Capris many times and they are very comfortable. I feel relaxed in them but know that I also look nice while wearing them.

Just to give you a back ground on organic cotton, it is grown without the use of chemicals such as pesticides and fertilizers and still has all the same lovable qualities that we’ve grown to expect from cotton.  The fabric is breathable and easy to care for.  I have washed my Addie Capris a few times and they always come out looking new.

Aventura Clothing is on facebook and twitter.
