Monkey Balm is my latest find in eczema healing products. Monkey Balm is a 100% natural formula that was designed to soothe skin irritations, burns, scrapes, and rashes. It can also heal painful and itchy eczema, rosacea, psoriasis, acne and dry skin.
The main ingredient in Monkey Balm is Sea Buckthorn oil. Sea Buckthorn oil has been used for centuries because of its healing properties. It contains Omega 3, 6, 9 and the very rare omega 7. Omega 7 is vital in rebuilding healthy skin cells. Sea Buckthorn is also a great source of biologically active compounds that provide cells with protection from free radicals and other toxic environmental stressors.
For my review, I received a stick of Monkey Balm. When I received my Monkey Balm, the eczema on my hands was currently under control. My feet however, were NOT in as good of shape; my heels were dry and cracked. I decided to give Monkey Balm a try on my feet. Using the Monkey Balm stick was easy and mess free. Over the course of a few days, I rubbed Monkey Balm into my feet in the morning and evening.
After just a day or two, I could already see and feel the difference. The rough and flakey skin, on feet was now soft and smooth; they had a healthy “sandal ready” appearance. My stick of Monkey Balm has earned a permanent home in my manicure and pedicure kit.
Monkey Balm is on facebook and twitter.
One lucky winner is going to receive a stick of Monkey Balm. This giveaway is open to the US and Canada; it will end on 8/29/12.
Hello, my name is Laurie. My family and I live near the Oregon coast. When we aren’t at work, in school, or on the volleyball court, we enjoy traveling, cheering for our favorite sports teams, playing outdoors, and checking off items on our bucket list. We are lucky in that both sets of our parents, as well as our siblings and their families, live within an hour of us. We get together often to help one another out, celebrate milestones, and go on adventures together.
