I have fine blond hair, eye lashes, and eye brows. I have learned to live with the fine hair through different hair styles and the fine eye brows can look thicker with the help of a pencil if I choose but, my fine eye lashes bother me. As you can see in the picture, there is a blue color to the Primer that enhances your eye color. The color caught me off guard at first but, then when I applied both products, I could see that the mascara completely covered the blue.

While applying Volumizing Mascara, I noticed how rich and glossy the formula was; it made application a breeze.
To Apply Volumizing Primer and Volumizing Mascara, simply apply product to lashes starting at the base and twirling up and out.
