Mineral Hygienics offers its customers a product line that is 100% natural. With all of the pollution and environmental “stuff” that we are bombarded with on a daily basis, it’s nice to know that when I use Mineral Hygienics products, I’m not exposing myself to even more chemicals.
I have used a well known make-up and skin care line for 20 years and I thought I liked it. Then I was introduced to Mineral Hygienics and I KNOW I LIKE IT! For my review, I received two Sheer Mineral Foundations, a Sheer Perfection Silk Translucent powder, a Mineral Bronzer and a Full Coverage Kabuki Brush.
I have fairly oily skin and when I used my previous make-up products, my face would feel oily and my eyes would start burning by late afternoon. The burning was caused by my foundation and eye make-up getting into my eyes. The first thing I noticed when I tried the Sheer Mineral Foundation was that I didn’t experienced any burning. I didn’t have to wash my face and remove my makeup after 8 hours. In fact, I didn’t remove it until I got ready for bed! Not only did my eyes not burn, but my face didn’t look or feel oily at all.
The Sheer Perfection Silk Translucent powder provides a nice light finish. Because the foundation kept my oily skin in check, I noticed that the color stayed smooth and even rather than getting blotchy and showing off my “wrinkles”.
A Mineral Bronzer was just what my cheeks needed. It gave them a light kiss of color and now my skin has a flawless glow.
All of the Mineral Hygienics products were easy to apply with my Full Coverage Kabuki Brush. The soft bristles allowed me to apply product more effectively and efficiently that my other brush.
I’m converted and I can’t wait to try some of the other Mineral Hygienics products.

Hello, my name is Laurie. My family and I live near the Oregon coast. When we aren’t at work, in school, or on the volleyball court, we enjoy traveling, cheering for our favorite sports teams, playing outdoors, and checking off items on our bucket list. We are lucky in that both sets of our parents, as well as our siblings and their families, live within an hour of us. We get together often to help one another out, celebrate milestones, and go on adventures together.
