I'm going to email you again with further details but the problem was that you had submitted the entries under the exact same email address except 1 letter was different (a typo) so because the form recognized that your IP address had already submitted the entries (but under a "different" email address) it wouldn't let them submit again.

I’m not able to re-create the problem you’re having. Could you let me know what browser (like internet explorer, firefox, or something else) you use and which version? If you aren’t sure which version you can visit thismachine.info. If you could just copy what it says your “full set up details” and paste it to me pease. I’m going to email you as well just in case you don’t see this
