The Peak Fit System is an 8 week program developed by a former World Aerobic Champion and fitness pro.   They are also husband and wife…Michelle and Phil Dozois.

The Peak Fit System includes an excellent series of 10 DVDs that allow you to test your current fitness level and give you a wide variety of exercises to improve your health.    There are Cardio workouts, Core Body workouts, Strength workouts and Flexibility workouts.  There’s even an Anytime No Excuse workout for those times when you want to workout but have very little time.

Not only does the Peak Fit System include the DVDs that I just mentioned but the system also includes a set of resistance bands, a measuring tape, and a step by step picture guide for some of the exercises.

Oh, but I’m not done yet…there’s also a booklet of recipes that not only gives you delicious menu items but also a complete shopping list for your main meals as well as healthy snacks.   There’s no thinking required….just take the booklet to the grocery store and follow the guide!

This amazing guide also includes a calorie counter, a guide for eating on the go and some “do’s and don’ts” for a healthy lifestyle.

I’ve only had my Peak Fit System for a short time so I haven’t yet used all of the DVDs but the ones I have used have definitely revved me up and got me excited about getting in to those spring and summer clothes that are just around the corner.  My goal is to tighten up and do a lot of muscle toning and increase my endurance in preparation for a busy summer of outside fun.
