My husband literally wore out his first case. Promptly received a replacement but the lock/awake feature does not work. I have emailed them 2-3 times with information including number under the flap over past few months to no avail. He still likes the cover; it’s just an inconvenience to remember to manually turn off the iPad.

They have different cases for multiple phones, tablets, etc. You just have to check their site to see if they carry the exact one you need. 🙂
