I know a lot of people don’t enjoy painting, but it isn’t something that I necessarily mind. I don’t really like the process of getting ready to paint or the fear of getting paint on our carpet though. With our new baby on the way we decided it was time to start thinking about painting the baby’s room. We had already picked out paint color and were ready to go when I was offered Paint Handy for review. I looked over the information and thought it would be a great product to use for the baby’s room. It couldn’t have come at a better time.
Paint Handy was created by Ben Mayberry and is a great product! The Paint Handy is a frisbee shaped paint caddy with a durable plastic base and an adjustable nylon strap. The base holds a unique no drip liner that allows paint to soak into a brush or foam applicator. When I read about the Paint Handy I talked to my husband about it and we were both very interested. My husband more so as he was going to be the one painting since I’m pregnant.
I am happy to say that we had a very good experience. I was able to stay in the baby’s room for a while when my husband started painting. My husband poured some paint onto the Paint Handy and spread it around as the directions stated. The paint soaked into the liner so my husband added a little bit more paint. The extra pain also soaked in, but the liner remained wet enough to be able to roll a paint roller into and get enough paint on to start painting the wall. There was absolutely know fear of the paint dropping off onto the carpet. Once my husband started painting and we realized how well the Paint Handy held the paint we were able to let our 5 year old son paint. Little C has been so excited about helping paint the baby’s room and the Paint Handy made this a huge success. We would have let Little C help regardless of the supplies we had, but we knew we didn’t have anything to worry about once we knew how well the Paint Handy worked.
If you are working on painting a room in your home I would definitely recommend looking into the Paint Handy. With the Paint Handy you will not only receive the paint caddy, but you will also receive a small roller, a paint brush and a few extra supplies that are very helpful. Make sure to check out more information about Paint Handy on Facebook and Twitter.
