I received products from Beautycounter for my review. All opinions are my own.
I was recently introduced to a company named Beautycounter. They offer skin care products that are formulated to be gentle, effective and safe. When they set out to create a new product, they continue to ask themselves, if the ingredients are safe, are they needed and/or will they improve the product.
Every ingredient is researched to make sure it is safe. Beautycounter has a full disclosure of ingredients on each product. They have nothing to hide; they tell their customers each and every ingredient included in the product.
Beautycounter also looks at packaging. They use minimal packaging and make sure that the package they decide on, will look nice displayed on your bathroom counter or vanity.
For my review, my consultant Heather Jadus, sent me: Lustro Body Oil – Jasmine, Glow Sugar Scrub, Lustro Face Oil # 1 – Calendula, Every Night PM Hydrating Cream and Anytime Eye Cream.
Lustro Body Oil was designed to be a nice body moisturizer. It is a light and non-greasy formula. It is suggested for use after a bath or shower. I liked Lustro Body Oil. It smells really good. In addition to applying it after my shower, I also used it for massage.
Glow Sugar Scrub was designed to polish your skin. Lemongrass, brown sugar, primrose, sweet almond, apricot kernel and sunflower oils leave your skin feeling soft and moisturized. I cannot say enough good things about Glow Sugar Scrub. I have tried several sugar scrubs only to be disappointed. Glow Sugar Scrub smelled great and left my skin feeling amazing all day long. This is by far, my favorite sugar scrub ever!
Lustro Face Oil # 1 was created to soothe, moisturize and refresh skin. It is good for sensitive or irritate skin types. Lustro Face Oil #1 contains Calendula Oil for its revitalizing properties. It is suggested to use a drop of Lustro Face Oil with your Every Night PM Hydrating Cream. Prior to reading the instructions (duh) I applied two drops of Lustro Face Oil to my face….then I read the instructions. I worried my face would break out but, it never did.
Every Night PM Hydrating Cream hydrates your skin while you sleep. It contains Aloe, Organic Coconut Oil, Geranium Extract, Green Tea Extract and Lavender Extract. Every Night PM Hydrating Cream works well with all skin types. I was curious how my face would react to the coconut oil. I have a high sensitivity to coconut oil. It never irritated my skin.
Anytime Eye Cream is a nice light moisturizer for your eye area. It can be used at night or day time. Any Time Eye Cream also contains It contains, Aloe, Organic Coconut Oil, Geranium Extract, Green Tea Extract and Lavender Extract. The first time I used the Anytime Eye Cream, I was impressed with how it smoothed the skin around my eyes. It felt nice and improved the way my make-up looked…a bonus.
I am pleased with my Beautycounter products. I would like to try their line of make-up.

Hello, my name is Laurie. My family and I live near the Oregon coast.
