As more information is learned about the chemicals in many products these days, more and more interest is geared towards finding safe alternatives.  I know that I, personally, have really started paying attention to the ingredients in products.  When I head to the store, there are so many ingredients in everything that I can’t even pronounce much less know if they are safe.  So I have started finding companies that have straight forward pitches and clean ingredients in their products.  I recently came across a great little company called Sweet Cheeks All Natural.  I was pleased to learn that they not only use safe ingredients in their products, but “green” packaging as well.  Most of their products arrive to their customers in glass containers with minimal shipping materials.  I was pleased to partner with Sweet Cheeks All Natural for this review.

The first product we tried was the All Natural Chest and Muscle Rub.  It just so happened that the day my Sweet Cheeks All Natural products arrived, all four of our children were fighting a cold or virus of some sort.  Coughs, sniffles, and general fatigue that comes along with were going strong in our home.  I was so happy to have a product to try to help them feel better.  There is a faint scent but nothing too overpowering.  I rubbed all four of the kid’s chests in with the All Natural Chest and Muscle Rub and set up the humidifier with some oils for an overnight campout in the living room.  (Sometimes I think the kids enjoy when someone isn’t completely well since we have campouts and movie nights during those times.)  By morning, there was a noticeable difference in all four.

The other product I received was the Butter Me Up Lavender Body Butter.  I don’t typically use lotions or similar products because I’ve always had issues with my skin reacting to them.  Even in the Winter, I am better off suffering through the dry skin then to put a product on and deal with the aftermath of burning, rashes, and irritated skin because I reacted.  I definitely like the fact that I didn’t react to the Butter Me Up Body Butter and it applied easily.  A small amount goes a long way.  If I use too much, I get shiny hands yet they don’t “feel” greasy.  This product also has a slight scent that I found pleasant.
