Well it’s not soup weather here but I do love broccoli soup and this is such an easy recipe. I think I’d use cheddar cheese instead of American, just for extra flavor.

That time of the year good home cooked soup is the best for the soul,thank you for such a easy recipe,I might add some cauliflower also.I do not eat any red meat at all,due to health problems heart attack open heart surgery and then voice box cancer,But I so enjoy making a wonderful dinner for my husband stormy nights are great for soup and easy grilled sandwich or salad with bread again thank you
