I tried another brand’s small liquid collagen sample that I won, but it was just one so I didn’t notice a difference. I’m much older than you but a good diet and exercise all my life has helped the most. I do need to get more protein though.

In reply to Melissa. It wasn't messy. It's just a small scoop that you put in the water, much like protein powder, or any other powder supplement.

Interesting! Now that I’m starting to get some fine lines (particularly in my forehead from all that brow-furrowing when I think), this may be something to look into.

I’ve never tried anything like this, but it sounds interesting! I was also kind of curious how anti-wrinkle/aging skin creams worked. 😉
