I received products from Born Skincare for this review. All opinions are my own.
I have very sensitive skin, and a lot of products end up bothering it. My face is extra sensitive, and it’s often hard to find a good moisturizer for me that both works well yet also doesn’t irritate my skin. Luckily, I’ve found Born Skincare, a line of all natural skin care oils that work wonders, and are organic, 100% safe, toxic free, and made from minimally refined natural oils, and rare natural ingredients. A product from Born Skincare would make a great gift this holiday season for just about anyone on your list!
I received the following from Born Skincare for review: I received The Source for Sensitive Skin, The Source for Muscles, and travel sizes of The Source for Men, The Source for Mothers, and The Source for Skin, which includes their entire line of products.
All of Born Skincare’s products are all natural, toxic free, and organic. Most contain just one or two ingredients, and are blends of complete 100% natural ingredients. This is very hard to find in skin care products, and it really makes a difference in how these products feel when I use them!
I really liked all of the products I received for this review. I have previously reviewed The Source for Sensitive Skin and The Source for Mothers, which you can see here. When I first got The Source for Sensitive Skin, I was a bit hesitant to put it on my face. I used it on my hands for my eczema, and then when I finally put it on my face, I regretted waiting!
While The Source for Sensitive Skin is indeed an oil, 100% pure muscadine oil, it’s a very light oil, and it absorbs into the skin quite fast. I use it as a night moisturizer now, and like it better than any other moisturizer I’ve ever used. When I got this item to review again, I was very excited to start putting it on my face every night, and I noticed a big difference once I did. My skin looks and feels better. Even as the weather is getting cold and dry, and my hands are drying out, my face has stayed completely moisturized. I really can’t recommend The Source for Sensitive Skin enough. It doesn’t bother my skin at all, and it feels great knowing I’m nourishing my skin without exposing myself to any potentially dangerous ingredients. I do still use a day moisturizer with spf to protect during the day, but this is my go-to night moisturizer. It’s also great to use on your hands, or anywhere on your body, but I tend to save it just for my face because I like it that much as a moisturizer!
I also really liked The Source for Muscles. The Source for Muscles is a remedy for aching, sore, or inflamed muscles. It’s great for after a workout, or even after a long day at the office, or after studying. It’s made from 100% pure muscadine oil, organic eucalyptus oil, and menthol. It’s like an all natural muscle cream, without any unnatural ingredients, and without drying out your skin. I’ve found other muscles creams to be a bit harsh on my skin, but this was both nourishing to my skin, and relaxing to my muscles. I enjoyed using it after a workout, or a long day. Rubbing this into the back of your neck and shoulders is a great pick-me-up!
I also liked The Source for Men. I was very excited for my fiance to be able to try out The Source for Men, because he kept using my Source for Sensitive Skin! He really enjoyed having his own to try out. He liked how it made his face feel, especially after a shave, and he really liked the scent, which seemed a bit more musky and masculine. For some reason, he’s really big on the scent of his facial products, so it was great that this had a pleasing scent. The Source for Men is made from pure cabernet oil, organic jojoba oil, organic castor oil, and sandalwood essential oil.
I also really liked The Source for Skin and The Source for Mothers. I reviewed The Source for Mothers in my previous review. The Source for Mothers is great for preventing and treating stretch marks, and it also safe to use on children for their chapped, and dry skin. It’s made from pure muscadine oil, organic coconut oil, and organic baobab oil. When I used it before, I found that it did indeed help with my inflamed red stretch marks, that I had from using a medication that made me bloat up, and helped them fade a bit. Plus, it’s very soothing and nourishing for your skin!
The Source for Skin is made from 100% pure cabernet oil and is great as a nightly moisturizer, or to use anywhere on your skin. You can get it in unscented, or in lavender. I found that it did not bother my skin, and actually worked quite well. And with the option of it coming scented, it can appeal to people who enjoy scented facial products.
Overall, I really enjoyed my all natural skin care products from Born Skincare. The Source for Sensitive Skin is my favorite moisturizer, hands down. The Source for Muscles is a great muscle relaxer after a long day. The Source for Men is a great moisturizer and after shave with an appealing scent for men. And the Source for Mothers and Skin are also great products of theirs for mothers, their children, and just about anyone! They have something for nearly anyone on your list. If you’re looking to give a natural, luxurious skin care experience to someone for the holidays, then look no further!

I like this website so much, bookmarked.
I never had sensitive skin until I got older so now I have to consider that when shopping for skin care items. Right now I use an aloe lotion before anything so my skin doesn’t itch as much. Must be hormonal reactions but it’s not very comfortable and of course the sensitive brand items usually cost more. I would check this line out for sure.
