I love this idea. This is a great way to show you care. So maany college kids have no idea what to take or what works best for them. I know a few who would appreciate something like this!

I’m a nurse and when I’m sick I just want to wash my hands all the time from blowing my nose (yuck germs) so I would include some alcohol-based gel to keep the cooties at bay. That stuff is so inexpensive and I like the kind with softeners in it too so it’s not so drying.

It is so true that we forget about sending items a person would need when sick. I don’t think I remember sending anything other than a bottle if ibuprofen. This is a great idea to send them off with!

care packages were the best in college! id throw some homemade cookies and get a bigger box because no matter how old you are, you always want your mom when youre sick! 🙂

So clever for a care package because colds and flu seem to pop up more right when school starts. I’ll have to save this idea for my brother when he goes away to college.
