We ordered 11 bridesmaid dresses in the Elsa dress. It’s a beautiful dress and all arrived in a timely manner. The horrible part has been trying to communicate with them on 2 of the dresses being made not true to size. They are not even going to be able to be worn for the event unless fixed. We have emailed several times asking for a resolution on this and have not gotten any response whatsoever. I am very disappointed in this company as past reviews have commented on what great customer service that they had. One other side note for anyone else that might order from them, the sleeves of this dress are very tight. Even for a size small and medium fit, we are going to have to try to adjust those on our own so that they can be worn comfortably for several hours for the event. Definitely will not be recommending this company to anyone.

NeeSees Dresses is a FAKE, CROOKS, LIARS! My wife and I have been trying and trying to contact them through email..because they have no phone, it’s some fake named Denise Payne and They never sent her order..now they won’t refund anything…over $100. They stole her money and ‘vanished’. This is not a legit ‘company’. DON’T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE WE DID LADIES!
