If you’ve never heard of Golden Tote, you need to check them out! They offer the Ultimate Surprise Grab Bag of clothing and accessories for women. They offer three different tote options: $149 Tote (5-6 pieces total), $49 Tote (2-3 pieces total), or the $99 Surprise Tote (4 pieces total). New Totes become available the first Monday of every month but you can order at any time. Depending on which Tote you choose, you get to pick one or two items you love and they surprise you with the rest!
I received the $149 Tote. I scoured the site the afternoon the new collection went live and fell in love with several things. My favorite was a Shades of Grey Sweater that was already sold out of my size! So I chose the Beautifully Beaded Blouse and Bundled Up Shearling Sweater as my two picks. Then I filled out a style profile with my stats (shape, size, and style) as well as likes and dislikes. I really liked that I was able to specify what to “never send me” as I know I’ll never receive an article of clothing that I won’t wear. Then I just sat back and awaited in anticipation for the arrival of my Golden Tote!
As soon as my package arrived, I grabbed out the invoice and read the list of contents. One made me hesitant as it included the word “turtleneck” in the title. I’ve never been a fan of turtlenecks, but forgot to list that, so I was leery. I pulled out my Tote which was beautifully packaged with all six pieces and opened each item, one-by-one. Every single piece felt awesome! Smooth, soft, flexible, stretchy. The quality was immediately evident. Here’s what I got:

As you can see, the “turtleneck” was not a full one in that sense and I actually do like the style of it. While I wouldn’t have chosen most of these pieces had I been out shopping, I am thrilled with the selection I received. My stylist, KB, did a great job picking out my pieces and I love everything. Each piece is comfortable and definitely stylish! I can’t even pick a favorite because I have like 4! Since shipping is free with this Tote, each piece breaks down to less than $25 each. Definitely a great deal and I never even had to leave my house!
