It seems that there are Emergencies happening all the time. This looks like it may be a Good thing for us to Include in that Backpack.

How is it Packaged? What is the serving size? How many calories are in each serving? Does it rehydrate in cold water? Honestly you don’t tell us much about the product. I recommend you eating one serving size and trying to live off of it for a full 8 hours. I will tell you that each package has around 2-300 calories per serving and each package is 2.5 servings. Most of MH recipes are fantastic but don’t rehydrate well in cold water so you better have a stove or fuel source around. This kit will only last about 3 days for 2 people.

These products should definitely be in everyone’s emergency preparedness kit. Thank you for sharing this review.

Good to know they last so long, even in the heat. I’ve never tried freeze dried foods before though.
