glad to know your weight loss journey is going well! im not a sweets kind of person too haha and not a salty kind as well haha confusing yeah, i love to spicy foods, so i snack on spicy nuts and dark chocolate and no feel guilty about it. Nice to know about the product glad its working for you

I don’t really have problems with cravings, but I do know that my diet is lacking in fiber. I need to look into addressing that.

I’ve used these fiber supplements for years and look for the ones that don’t have artificial sugar. I eat tons of veggies for fiber too.
