Love this! I have all these items in my cabinet and will be making this saturday. Have done a lot of salad with kidney beans but never would have thought about using dill pickles… Now I love dill pickles always have a jar in the refrigerator

Sounds delicious. This would work for one of our family’s meatless dinner nights because of the kidney beans in place of a meat based protein. Never had this or seen this recipe before, but I like everything mentioned in the recipe and am sure they’d taste great together.

I have always liked kidney bean salad. I also have never ever made it- it is brought to family get togethers by an Aunt. I need to see if her recipe is close to yours. I am not sure if she uses dill pickles but I think it would be good.
