I too would use regular milk instead of coconut milk. I like both broccoli and cheese so I would like this. Simple enough recipe.

Ummm can you make this for me? I am a week out from my infusion therapy (similar to chemo) for Lupus and now I have a horrid infection that is trying to turn to kidney failure. This looks so good…no joke! My husband is a hearty meat stew/soup eater and I am a veggie eater. I am planning to go to his delivery job with his today, just to ride along and distract myself and was thinking Panera broccoli cheese soup and sandwich but this looks better. I wish I had the energy to make it, but maybe I can sit and chop and will myself to get it done. Thanks for these recipes!!

This sounds and looks good.Normally I am a cheese freak, but sometimes when youre sick, milks and such dont sit well. This would be a nice alternative for situations like that. I think too it would be good any time it is cold, and really good for you since it has a lot of vegetables.

Honestly I do not think that I would like the coconut milk either! I also do not get where the cheese comes from if there is no cheese in it, lol, but I am also a big cheese lover. 🙂 I would definitely give it a try though, my son is lactose intolerant so it sounds like the perfect choice for him!
