Sometimes things like this seem too good to be true. Thanks for showing the exercises and how the machine helps. I’m not sure it’s for me but it looks great.

How cool! Finally, a piece of equipment that is small enough and therefore, easy to store. I will be able to work out at my leisure instead of going to a gym. I like to exercise in privacy.

This is something my niece would love. She could work out at home when she has the time and energy. Would not take up a lot room when not being used.

The only problem I see is my great niece (2) will want to be doing what mommie is doing. 🙂

I have always liked these ‘banded’ options they really do seem to work well. I like how this one looks so sturdy unlike many tubular options. I have to say you look fantastic! You are in excellent shape, and this looks to be really helping.

This sounds like an amazing piece of workout equipment!! I only workout from home as well and with three kids I do not have the space or money for any large equipment. This is perfect and sounds like it would do wonders and be perfect for my type of workout routine (I LOVE leg day too!)! Thank you so much for sharing this, I am definitely going to look into getting one now. 🙂
