Chicken salad is a favorite of mine. I like the use of croissants instead of bread slices and I would put in the craisins!

These look great. I love it being on the croissants. It makes it feel more special and unique vs. on a hamburger bun or bread.

I don’t know what it is about chicken salad but it’s a meal that always sounds good to me year round. I tried a recipe that did a chicken salad with italian dressing and roasted bell pepper, I highly recommend it.

I love chicken salad sandwiches and made with croissants is just heavenly. Instead of craisins I often use halved fresh grapes or crushed pineapple and I always add chopped pecans.

Our family goes on so many day trips and picnics during the summer, and this sandwich looks perfect for my family. I love the crunchy celery and craisins in it. I will plan on making this for our next picnic. Thank you for the nice recipe.
