I used to go out for Thai food a lot when I lived in LA. Now I have to cook it myself because there are no Thai restaurants where I live. This recipe is one I will be trying!

My son is crazy over peanut sauce so I know he would love this stir fry! I am lucky that at his school no one has a peanut allergy so I am able to send him lunches with peanut sauce in them. This looks yummy for sure!

This actually looks quite good. I like stir fry but I have never ever used peanut sauce. I think I would like it. I am going to look for some at the store and give it a go. This would work well since many of th vegetables will be in season soon.

I just bought a big bag of peppers today at Sam’s Club, and this looks like such a great recipe for me to try! I love Thai food and have never attempted to make it. This looks like such an easy and yummy recipe.

I’ve never tried peanut sauce. Love Lo Mein noodles though. Not too excited about Asian cuisine but I might give it a try

I haven’t tried a bottled Thai sauce but it’s definitely a great option when traditional ingredients are not readily available.

I love having recipes that have not so many ingredients but seem like they would have a lot of flavor. Lo mein is my favorite type of noodle too.

I’ve had peanut sauce in restaurants, but never tried having it at home. This recipe looks very good.
