I would get the adult weighted blanket. (the 10 pound one) I have bad anxiety and depression and I heard weighted blankets help a lot

The doctor recommended that we get a weighted blanket for my 4 year old grandson. This would be perfect. Fingers crossed!!!

I have severe anxiety as well. I do take medication but it does not help but so much. Usually I do not even tell anyone because I truly think most believe you can just get a grip on anxiety or just not let things bother you but it is by far not that easy. I have heard positive feedback on the weighted blankets but as well heard many people say they feel too heavy. I would be like you and want a 10 lb. in the grey.
