I know that it is hard for us as adults to deal with our fears and anxieties over what is going on so can only imagine that for kids this disruption is so tough. Good to have these helpful options.

This is great. Kids can have a hard time knowing how to express themselves and how to share and talk about what they need to.

Such a good idea. Kids oftentimes can not verbalize what they are feeling. Some kids may be acting out not because they intend it, but asa response to something they do not understand. This would be a safe way for kids to get talking and parents or caregivers getting at what might be bothering them.
