If you’re a parent, chances are you’ve heard about Zutano already. They are a clothing company that specializes in beautiful 100% cotton clothes for premie/newborns, babies, and toddlers (up to size 4T). They also offer accessories including aprons, blankets and bibs, as well as toys and nursery decor. I had the chance to review an adorable Mushrooms Surplice Dress last summer and was thrilled to have the opportunity to collaborate with Zutano again this Spring.

Zutano’s products stand out because of their colorful and whimsical designs. The colors and prints pop and their collections mix and match perfectly so you can create a variety of outfits with a limited number of pieces. If you’ve had the chance to see and touch for yourselves Zutano’s clothes, you’ve certainly noticed that their clothes are made of 100% interlock cotton which is thicker, softer, and more durable than the typical jersey cotton fabric. I’ve owned Zutano pieces for almost a year and despite many spills and washes, they look as good as new. They haven’t stretched, shrunk, or faded. They also don’t wrinkle if you forget them in the dryer – which of course has never happened to me!

For this review, I received a beautiful Dizzy Daisy Surplice Dress with a matching Dizzy Daisy Baby Sun Hat. I also received a pair of Lime Candy Stripe Baby Skinny Leggings and the adorable Hot Pink Baby Bodice Jacket.

I love the Dizzy Daisy Surplice Dress and the matching Sun Hat. The background is light blue which is a color I love for a little girl’s outfit but is hard to find. The outfit is covered in whimsical pink, lime green, and white flowers. It’s a totally unique print and it looks amazing on my daughter, makes her blue eyes pop! I especially like the cut of this dress. It’s sleeveless but stays put on my daughter’s shoulders whereas tiny straps typically slide down her shoulders. The overlapping v-neck is accentuated by the hot pink trim. It really adds a nice touch and shows how much attention to details Zutano puts in their clothes.

The sun hat has a wide brim which is important to protect eyes and delicate skin from the sun. Because the interlock cotton fabric is thicker, the brim actually stays in place and doesn’t flop down. The chin ties are long so it’s very easy to tie them in a bow.

Zutano Hot Pink Baby Bodice Jacket

We’ve had a terribly cold and wet week last week so my daughter had many opportunities to wear her Lime Candy Stripe Baby Skinny Leggings and her Hot Pink Baby Bodice Jacket. The leggings could be worn with a dress or with a long top. They fit well on my daughter and stretch enough to accommodate her cloth diaper. The lime green color is bright and fun and can be paired with pink, blue, brown, etc.

I have to say that the Baby Bodice Jacket is one of my all time favorite piece from Zutano. Last year I had purchased an orange one for my daughter and it’s best of the best purchases ever! I got it a size bigger on purpose and rolled the sleeves for a while but it still looked amazing on her. I was so happy to receive a Hot Pink one this Spring because the color is gorgeous and of course, it fits with the rest of her outfit. The fit of the jacket is awesome and my daughter will able to wear it for a long time because as you can see, there’s plenty of room to grow into it. The big buttons and the flare at the bottom are just too cute. Even my daughter likes to parade and twirl with it (and pose for her mommy!)

Overall, I strongly recommend checking out Zutano’s clothes. The quality of the fabric is amazing and the vibrant colors and prints are totally unique. Whether you want just one item or you’re looking for a complete outfit, Zutano has tons of options for you!
