As a couponer, I know the value of utilizing all of the types of coupons available to me. Naturally, the more coupon types you have access to, the more successful you can be at saving money. However, printable couples can be one of the hardest types of coupons to determine the value of. Making sure that the paper and ink costs don’t cost more than what you’re saving is important. To maximize savings that you make with your coupons, its necessary to spend as little on paper and ink as possible. With paper, buying store brand and then using coupons is usually your best bet. For ink, remanufactured ink cartridges can often get you a great deal.
Castle Ink sells both compatible (“off brand” ink cartridges) and remanufactured ink cartridges for tons of printer types. The affordability is important for those like me who are frugal, but the site layout is another huge benefit in my opinion. One of the things that I hate about buying ink is figuring out which type of cartridge I need. Most stores and websites only list the cartridge name, not the printers they are compatible with. Castle Ink lets you search based on your printer type and then tells you which ink cartridges are compatible. This makes so much more sense to me and is way easier in my opinion. Of course, there are so many printer types out there that not every printer will be listed but lots are.
My printer takes Hp 60XL ink cartridges that I have seen listed from $32-$40 each at most places online when bought new. Castle Ink sells remanufactured HP ink cartridges for my printer $20.95 (black) and $23.95 (color). So when buying a set, going through Castle Ink saves me at least $19. US orders valued at $39 or more qualifies for free shipping, too. I haven’t noticed any differences between the remanufactured version and the brand new ones that I used to buy, so spending more just doesn’t seem necessary. I’ll definitely be ordering from Castle Ink from now on.

I buy remanufactured HP ink cartridges and they work just fine. I usually buy two at a time since I don’t use that much, but want a backup. I’ll keep this one on my list to check out next time I need ink.
I always love finding places where I can save money!
