Both of my daughters are taking swim lessons. It’s a fun way for them to burn off some of their extra energy and learn water safety skills at the same time. The only negative aspect of swim lessons is that their long fine hair tangles around their swim goggles.  It was a normal event for me to have to rip hair out of their heads as they screamed and cried when we tried to remove goggles after a swim lesson. That painful practice came to an end when I stumbled upon Gogglies.

For our review, we received Gogglies in two colors:  pink and purple—and we also received two pair of pink swim goggles.

Gogglies are a revolution new strap for swim goggles. Gogglies are made out of neoprene. There is no rubber to grip and rip out hair.

Gogglies have Velcro sides to make it easy to customize your fit WHILE you are wearing your swim goggles. Gone are the days when you had to take off your swim goggles, pull the rubber strap to adjust sizes, try on your goggles to find you didn’t adjust enough and then repeat that process several times until you got the right fit. With Gogglies, you just keep your swim goggles on, pull the Velcro strap until you have a comfortable fit and then secure it. Easy peasy!

With two young daughters, things are constantly being knocked into the water from the pool’s edge, dock and beach. I won’t need to worry about our Gogglies sinking to the bottom of the water because the neoprene strap allows them to float in water. Isn’t that great!

The girls really like their Gogglies. The comfort strap has greatly reduced the number of tangles and tears. Having goggles that fit well has also improved their ability to focus during swim lessons. Their teacher has told me that she has noticed an improvement.
