All opinions are my own.
I have always loved the idea of goggles ever since I was young. However, every pair I ever owned growing up were terrible. They would leak, slip around on my head, and fog up constantly. Somehow, some of those same pairs were still around and I inherited them from my parents house when mom was cleaning one day. Of course, the kids were ecstatic about having goggles and wore them around the house for days. When it came time for swimming lessons, they made sure to pack their goggles with. We’ll end that story by just saying, “big disappointment.”
So when I came across the company Aqua Sphere, I was excited. Beginning in 1998, Aqua Sphere’s quest to create more comfortable eyewear for swimming began in Genoa, Italy. Aqua Sphere introduced a new type of eyewear that would increase peripheral vision by incorporating curved lenses, easily adjustable straps, and a comfortable design. Now, 15 years later, Aqua Sphere is focussing on developing and providing products for the active swimmers, triathletes, and water enthusiasts. Aqua Sphere products range from swimwear and wetsuits to performance wear, eyewear, training products, and fitness items.
We were sent a pair of Aqua Sphere Seal Kid Goggles and a pair of Aqua Sphere Vista Technology Goggles. When I opened the package I was shocked. I never knew goggles could be so nice. Both sets came with a storage case to keep them clean and safe. The Seal Kid Goggles offer 100% UVA and UVB protection, durable, hypoallergenic Softeril frame, scratch resistant lenses, and have an easily adjusted buckle strap. The Vista Technology goggles also boast 100% UVA and UVB protection as well as a quick fit buckle, anti-fog lenses, and a scratch resistant coating.
The goggles were a hit. Both kids were able to check out the floor of the lake for the first time ever. Our daughter said that these goggles were the best thing ever. Neither child had problems with leaks or foggy lenses which made for a fun day at the beach. I was impressed with how easy the goggles were to put on and take off even with wet hands and hair. These will definitely be used often and should last a long time.

I’m a city girl turned country by my awesome husband and we have three busy boys and two darling daughters. I love spending time with my family, reading Karen Kingsbury novels, and catching up with friends while our kiddos have play dates. I’m blessed beyond measure and can’t wait to see what God has in store.

My kids are always looking for goggles that they can actually like. Most of the time, they want them but do not wear them because they are not comfortable.

I used to have both leaks AND fogginess in mine when I played in the pool. I’m so glad these are made better.
This is perfect timing! My daughter told me she wants goggles for her birthday. She used a friend’s at the pool and it gave her much more confidence in the water. Glad to know these didn’t leak and they are scratch resistant, something that is critical for a 4 year old.
