About 12 years ago, when my husband and I were dating, he had some flowers delivered to me. Around the vase of those flowers was an adorable soft teddy bear with a purple bow around its neck.  That bear sat on my headboard until we got married.  When I moved all my belongings to our home after the wedding, the bear came with me.  For the next couple years, I’m not sure where that bear was, but she was here somewhere.  When our daughter was about 2 years old, she discovered “Bear.”  Ever since, Bear has been a very important part of all of our lives.  The softness is now gone and she’s not as cute as she used to be, however, Bear is never far away.  Our daughter, now 8, still loves Bear and takes her with everywhere.  I mean everywhere!  We have had a couple close calls with Bear over the years so we now request that she stays in the vehicle on most outings but she is always along.  Yes, Bear is a she.  Since Bear is so important, I thought it would be a great idea to have our daughter draw a picture of Bear and put it on her Kidz Can Design Necklace.

After the drawing was complete, I downloaded it onto the computer and sent it over with our order to Kidz Can Design.  It took about four weeks from the day I placed the order till the necklace arrived.  There was excitement in the air once our daughter learned of its arrival.  The necklace resembles her drawing quite well.

As soon as the necklace was opened, our daughter wanted it on.  She was thrilled with how it turned out.  Even our 6 year old son had to come check it out and he thought is was really cool.  Our daughter has been wearing her necklace almost daily since it has arrived and she has received many compliments on it.
