We used to have a toy room. Now that I am homeschooling two children and have the two younger ones running around, we turned our toy room into a school room and moved the toys down to the basement. I thought we did a good job of creating an inviting environment by scrubbing the walls and floors, putting down colorful floor mat tiles, and organizing all the toys. While the room did get used for a few months, it now sits empty because spiders have started showing their faces down there. So I decided to move some of the toys back upstairs. We now have a toy corner/nook in our living room.  The kids are enjoying having the toys near again but I felt the wall in that corner needed something.  Since it’s a part of our living room, I didn’t want it to scream toy room and I found exactly what I was looking for from Wall Candy Arts.

I was sent the Hot Air Balloons Wall Decals from Wall Candy Arts.  They had a nice selection of decals that would have worked for my needs but the Hot Air Balloons caught my eye first and I kept going back to them.  I like that Wall Candy Arts has removable and reusable wall decals.  The installation is beyond easy.  You just peel the decal off the paper and stick to the wall.  If you decide it’s not quite where you want it, you just peel it back off and move it.  Easy as pie.  While putting up the balloons, I got one slightly crooked so I just unstuck it and straightened it out.  The decals stick really well but are very easy to move if you choose.

I am so happy with the finished look!  The wall is now welcoming for the kids but doesn’t overpower the room.  These decals could also easily be moved to our children’s room if we ever move our toys again.

The difference is even greater in person.  The wall looks great.  I would love to see Wall Candy Arts come out with even more designs such as a farm/red tractor theme, USA theme, or growth charts.
