When BiGR Audio approached me with a review opportunity for this holiday season I was very excited.  My nephew plays the guitar in a band and I know that he typically has a hard time finding good quality headphones to use.  The headphones he finds are usually way too expensive of they just don’t last a long time.  I was going to use the headphones I received as a Christmas gift for him, but I decided to go ahead and let him try them out.  I wanted to really know how they worked.  He was thrilled with the opportunity just so he would know of a good place to search for his next shopping experience.  He has some good headphones that he is using at the moment so he just did a test run on these.  He meets several times a week with his band, but on Sundays they tend to practice for about 2 hours.  To say the least, any set of headphones that he uses go through quite a workout.

I received the Elements headphones in white for review from BiGR Audio.  I searched through many different choices to see if I could find one that my nephew would be able to use for is band.  It was a hard choice.  I really think all of them would have done quite well.  The Elements headphones help up very well under the test my nephew gave them.  He said that the headphones held out noise from the outside so that he could hear what he was playing within the band.  He has mentioned that is a very important feature that he looks for in headphones.  When you are playing with other people it is important for you to be able to hear what you are playing.  He also said that the headphones were very comfortable from the ear pieces to the head piece.  He didn’t have any problems with them slipping out of place or becoming uncomfortable over time.  Another feature that he loved was how the headphones can be stored.  The headphones came in a nice box that you can continuously store the headphones in.  With the box you don’t have to worry about the cord getting tangled or the headphones getting messed up in any way.  The cord unplugs from each ear piece so that you can neatly store it in the box.  The ear pieces also turn in for easy storage so that everything lays flats in the box.  I received these headphones from BiGR Audio a couple of months ago and they still look like they did when I received them.  My nephew has taken excellent care of them.

I plan on using the headphones at home with Little C when he is on the computer so that he can play his games without having to worry about disturbing anyone else.  I of course will control the volume level, but so far Little C has really enjoyed using them.  He is not a big fan of headphones, but he hasn’t complained about these at all.  I have only bought him cheap headphones and those are typically the ones he has a lot of trouble with.  Sometimes you can’t even hear out of both ear pieces.  To say the least Little C has had a very good experience with these.  We are also able to use the headphones in the car when we go on long trips.  We allow Little C to watch videos on long trips so the headphones will come in quite handy for that as well.
