These are my own honest opinions.

 I am a huge fan of Lékué products! They make tons innovative kitchen products that make cooking fun and easy as many products are designed to be used in the microwave . It’s a great way to eat healthy food without having to spend too much time in the kitchen or, if you’re like me, it’ll make cooking possible even with a baby in tow and a toddler in the way. Their products range from cookware to kitchenware and bakeware and also include gift sets and much more!

For this review, I received 3 great products: MinuteCake molds, a Bread Maker, and a Loaf Springform Duo.

The MinuteCake silicone molds come in a set of 4 with each mold a different color. They are designed to cook individual portions of your favorite desserts in the microwave but they can also be used to make individual portions of mousse, tiramisu, etc. Cooking in the microwave takes only a couple minutes and you can serve your warm out of the (microwave) oven treats directly in the molds. They are in silicone so food doesn’t stick or burn on the surface. They are also dishwasher safe. I made one-minute chocolate cake in these molds (they actually required 2 minutes of cooking in my microwave) and was surprised by the result. With the melted chocolate inside, they were quite decadent. The only problem is that we are 3 and have 4 molds… who gets seconds?

The second product is the Bread Maker. This is a truly amazing product because it can be used to weigh, knead, and bake bread and deserts. It saves time and reduces how many items you need to bake and clean. The design is ingenious: it folds onto itself and has a handle making it easy to bring from counter to oven and back. There are also openings on either side of the handle that allow hot air and steam to circulate for a moist bread with a golden crust. I made a vanilla brioche with the Bread Maker and the result was amazing (even though I forgot it in the oven for an extra 5 minutes)! Crispy golden crust on the outside, super moist and fluffy inside. I literally tasted like a brioche you’d buy at a bakery.

The last product I received is the Loaf Springform Duo. It is made of a highly durable, scratch-proof ceramic base and a non-stick silicone mold that wraps around the base. The silicone mold stays in place with a peg and the groove along the base makes it leak-proof. It is also designed with a handle on either side for easy carrying. The silicone part can be easily removed and the ceramic base becomes a serving tray. I made an Oreo cheesecake and it was as delicious as it was pretty!

I am really pleased with the products I received from Lékué. They really make cooking easier. I really like cooking with silicone products because cleaning is super easy!
