I received products from Lucky Ginger Studio for this review. All opinions are my own.
I have a really hard time shopping for my Mother-In-Law. Our interests are so very different that it is a challenge for me to imagine what she would like. Because of this difference, when the holidays roll around I start shopping for her first. This Christmas, I began my mission thinking about her passions and how I could combine them into a special gift. She is an artist. She enjoys shopping at small boutique type shops. Any chance she can support another artist, she does so. She loves and is quite good at quilting. She enjoys flower gardens and photographs. She strongly believes in the power of a hand written note. She has strong principles and is very much into traditions and family roots. My search was going in circles. Then an amazing review opportunity with Lucky Ginger studio presented its self. It was the perfect match!
Lucky Ginger Studio is the creation of photographer Cheryl Shanahan. Her shop, Lucky Ginger Studio, offers office products, stationery and other gifts, all of which feature her photographs. Her photographs showcase her gardens and travels. She offers products in several fun themes such as: Holiday, Garden, Lake, RVA, Shore, Vintage and Wine. Lucky Ginger Studio products are made in the USA using 100% American made goods.
For my review, I received a collection of Lucky Ginger Studio products including: Page Markers in Clematis; Flat Notes in Hydrangea; Into the Garden 2014 Desk Calendar; Magnets in Echinacea, Azalea and Hydrangea; Note Cards in Peony and MixedBeach; Hand-Poured Soy Candles in Sea Spray, Hydrangea and Lavender and six holiday cards.
All of the items I received are beautiful, high quality and nice craftsmanship. The magnets are a nice way to hold papers or art work on your refrigerator or file cabinet. Page markers are perfect for securing pages. The Garden Deck Calendar will help her keep track of important dates and will look nice displayed on her desk. All three candles smell amazing, whether they are lit or not. I can image her sending her back-east family special notes on the stationery.
I think Lucky Ginger Studio products make great holiday gifts, especially if you have an artist on your shopping list. I know my Mother-In-Law is going to love and appreciate her Christmas gift.

Hello, my name is Laurie. My family and I live near the Oregon coast. When we aren’t at work, in school, or on the volleyball court, we enjoy traveling, cheering for our favorite sports teams, playing outdoors, and checking off items on our bucket list. We are lucky in that both sets of our parents, as well as our siblings and their families, live within an hour of us. We get together often to help one another out, celebrate milestones, and go on adventures together.

Those soy candles look amazing! I am such a sucker for candles. I also really like those magnets. Can never have too many of those, either 😉 Thank you for sharing about this shop! It looks really wonderful.
