*I was provided with the Pet Stuff Storage Tower from Richelle in exchange for this post. All opinions are my own.
Since getting my Pugs in July we’ve collected quite a lot of stuff for them. I realized that we needed a way to store it all in an organized way so I started looking for storage options. When I came across the Richelle Pet Stuff Storage Tower, I thought it would be perfect for us.
It seemed like most of the pet storage options out there are primarily horizontal. My dogs don’t drag their toys around on their own so I didn’t care about the container being low enough for them to access, and horizontal storage just takes up so much floor space that I don’t have much of. So, I thought the vertical tower made a lot more sense for our needs. It includes two drawers, the lower of which can be opened with a foot pedal. I don’t find myself using the foot pedal often – probably because when the drawer is full it kind of “clunks” forwards and backwards because of the weight but it works just fine. Each drawer can hold 8lbs of dog food. If you have dogs on different diets such as a puppy and a dog, you could use one drawer for each. Seems how our dogs are on the same food, we use the lower bin for food storage and the upper storage for “everything else” which includes treats, toys, clothing, leashes, collars, etc.
Each drawer has a plastic lid that covers it, making it harder for intruders to get inside but its easy to open with one hand. The unit requires assembly when you first buy it but I put it together by myself without a problem. It is flat on top so you can set something on top, too. I tend to use that area to store a bag of opened treats for quick and easy grabbing when I want to praise the dogs for a behavior that I caught them doing.
It’s really nice to have everything for our dogs all in one place as it doesn’t feel like their stuff is taking over our human space quite so much now. We’re moving next month and I love knowing that the skinny (16.7 inches across) but vertical tower will be easy to find a place for regardless of what our new apartment is shaped like seems how it requires such little floor space. If you’re looking for a practical gift idea for your pet (that will make YOUR life more organized) consider the Richell Pet Stuff Tower. Richell also offers pet gates, playpens, critter cages and more that would also make practical pet gifts this year.

This looks like a great idea. I have 4 dogs and we do have stuff all over the place. It would be nice to have their food in the kitchen in one place. My only question is, how much is it? I went to the link and didn’t see a price listed, just a product description. Can you find these in any pet stores that you know of?
