*I was sent Sakar electronic toys for the purposes of this review. All opinions are my own.
Having six nephews ages 3-9 means I buy a lot of superhero themed gifts. I get to where I’m afraid to buy actual figurines though because I forget who has which ones already. So I was excited to learn about Sakar and how they make an assortment of electronic toys for kids that feature the characters like batman, spiderman, and teenage mutant ninja turtles that I know the kids love. If you have girls on your list, don’t be bummed – Sakar has Hello Kitty, Dora and other characters too.
For my review I was able to check out a Batman adventure kit that includes a camera, flashlight and binoculars. These are going to be great for including in my family’s “white elephant” gift exchange. It’ll be interesting to see which of my nephews ends up with them. The flashlight takes AA batteries and the camera is 35mm so it requires film. I was also sent some TMNT headphones that they’ll find cool too I think.
We were also sent a two pack of batman LED headlamps. I have to admit, these even sound fun to me.These take button-cell batteries but they’re included. They’d be so much fun to play flashlight tag with because of the added difficulty of having to move your head to point the light at someone. The straps are adjustable but they’re suggested for ages 7+. With a retail value of $9.99, these would be a fun stocking stuffer idea.
My 10 year old sister has a DS and likes Monster High so I know she’ll be excited about the Monster High case and it’ll be a great way to help keep her games organized and her DS protected at the same time. Plus, it seems like all kids have DS’s now so it’ll make it easier for her to tell which one is hers.
The Nerf walkie talkies could be fun for so many things too. My nephews have a fort so I can see them hiding in the fort and talking back and forth or playing spy or hide and seek with them. The options are pretty endless.

I always wanted walkie talkies and how cool they are Nerf made. I’m a superhero fan too so I love buying kid’s toys that I would want too. My fave here is the Batman adventure kit.

This sounds like a great ideal great niece has a special day coming up next month. She would have blast with this. She could be outside in her playhouse and talk to mommy or daddy.
