When the holidays come around, lots of us like to give gifts to our pets. I have a dog and a cat, and I like to give them a gift for the holidays. For my dog, Scout and Zoe’s will make a really great gift. Scout and Zoe’s has a line of dog treats that are natural, healthy, and durable. I was very happy to be able to review some dog treats from Scout and Zoe’s.
I received the following from Scout and Zoe’s to review:
I received the Scout and Zoe’s Chicken Jerky, Sweet Potato Treats, Canine Cookies, Antler Splits, and Small Antler chews.
The antler chews from Scout and Zoe’s are all natural products. The website founders had two dogs, Scout and Zoe, who had extensive allergies. They couldn’t have any bovine products, so they searched for products to exercise their dogs, give them the chewing they desired, and also cleaned their teeth. After lots of searching, they discovered antler chews. The antlers don’t splinter like bones, and they’re also good for dogs. The antlers have calcium and phosphorous in them. Antlers are durable, last a long time of chewing, and are actually good for dogs. They don’t upset a dog’s stomach due to the dog’s inability to digest it, like rawhide treats can. And they’re hard, but not too hard for a dog’s teeth.
My dog is very small, toy sized, but she’s a huge chewer, with a strong jaw, and she loves any treat that she can chew on. However, she goes through chew toys so fast. She devours a rawhide in under and hour, and has gone through other chew treats in no time at all. I gave her one of the antler chews, and she absolutely loved it. And it took her days to finish it. Unlike most treats that don’t even last a day, the first antler chew lasted her four days. She also didn’t lose interest in it over time. She seemed to enjoy chewing on it each day.
I also really liked the chicken jerky, and sweet potato treats.
These Chicken Jerky treats are completely natural, with no unsafe chemicals in it. It’s just pure grade-A boneless, skinless, chicken breast meat. They’re hand made in the USA. My dog really loved the Chicken Jerky treats. She was so excited to get them every time.
The Sweet Potato treats are just dried sweet potato. They are also made in the USA, and are great for dogs. Sweet Potatoes have lots a nutrients that are good for dogs, and they’re a great source of fiber. If your dog is ever having stomach issues, sweet potatoes are a great remedy, and with these sweet potato treats, your dog will actually enjoy eating the sweet potatoes. I like giving my dog one or two each day to make sure she has some good fiber content.
Overall, I really like these dog treats. And, best of all, my dog loved them too. They’re a really good value considering how long they last, especially compared to other chew treats. These Scout and Zoe’s treats would make a great holiday gift for any lucky pup!

These sound fantastic for our neighbors dog. I am putting together a holiday gift bag for the dog since we visit her so often so these will be great.

It’s great to know there are companies creating healthy treats for our pets!

I only give my dog all-natural treats that won’t irritate his allergies. These look like a great option!

These are another company I want to try. My Yorkie just loved pig ears but they were a pain to go buy individually, and always a greasy mess. I’d love to have a package like this to portion out the treats.
Wish that we had a dog- these sound like some great treats!
