For Ryan I tend to go with practical gifts. He doesn’t usually have much of a wish list anyway and he’s not one to spend much money on himself even for practical gifts. One product that he seems to go through often is electric shavers. He keeps a full beard but varies the length of it from time to time. While his shavers almost never wear out, he often loses the guards to them somehow. He also just sometimes buys shavers that he isn’t happy with. Some of them pull his hair if he’s leaving his beard a bit longer or they don’t have enough length options to please him.

The Remington All-In-1 Grooming System is designed for men who like to both clean shave and leave facial hair. It has a variety of attachments so you an shave clean, keep a variety of length of hair (there are 16 total length settings) or detail. It’s lubricated for life so you don’t have to worry about remembering to oil it.

Ryan has enjoyed the variety of length options so that he can customize his beard exactly how he wants it. This system can’t be used plugged in and the battery dies quickly so he has to remember to fully charge it beforehand or it won’t make it through a full shave. In addition to being able to trim facial hair, it comes with an attachment that can clean nose and ear hair as well.

The price ($19.99) is pretty unbeatable. If the battery life were improved or even if it could be used while charging it would be everything Ryan looks for in a shaver which is pretty good for such an affordable shaver.

Remington also has products for women such as hair elastics and accessories. Their regular elastics are perfect stocking stuffers for women, I can always use more. I’d love to know how I lose all of my hair ties so quickly. They also have headbands and other hair accessories that would make great gifts. I’m planning to give my little sister a headband and flower hair elastic from Remington for Christmas. She loves doing her hair and I know she’ll love these.
