I am a busy mom with two active little girls. I feel like we are always going somewhere or doing something. With a vigorous lifestyle, it can be difficult to always make healthy food choices. Eating healthy is important to our family as I want to make sure the girls are getting the vitamin and nutrients needed for their growing bodies. I also want my husband and me to eat well for our health needs to maintain our energy levels.

We were recently given the opportunity to try a new sports nutrition bar called ebars. Ebars are packed with organic superfuel. They are Certified 100% USDA Organic, Certified Gluten Free and Certified Kosher.

Ebars come in two different collections- eLIFESTYLE and eSPORT. Each bar has been crafted to meet the specific nutritional needs of the consumer. The eLIFESTYLE bars are made for MAN, MOM, FUN boys bar and FUN girls bar. The eSPORT bars come in Men’s GOLF and RUN as well as Women’s GOLF and RUN.

For our review, we received a mixed box of eLIFESTYLE bars. Before I tell you our thoughts on ebars, let me tell you a little about the bars. MAN bar provides “advanced nutrition”and it comes in chocolate almond. MOM bar gives “organic momentum” and it comes in chocolate berry. FUN boys bar comes in chocolate cinnamon and the FUN girls bar comes in chocolate raspberry. Both FUN bars give “fantastic unbelievable nutrition”.

Ebars are delicious! How could they not be tasty when you have quality Organic ingredients like: almonds, oats, honey, berries, flaxseed, pumpkin seed, quinoa, brown rice, cocoa, coconut, cinnamon and more? Ebars have a hearty chewy texture. You can actually taste each ingredient. I like that they combined a chewy bar with some crunchy textures. I wasn’t the only one in the family that liked ebars, we all did. My daughters have even requested them in their lunches.

Ebars are a great on the go nutritious snack. They are perfect for your outdoor adventures, sporting events, family outings and even school lunches!
