When I think about popcorn tins, I think about father’s day and other events when I give my dad gifts. He’s a hard guy to shop for and when I try to get him gifts that he can use, he rarely ends up using them. I know that giving him a yummy gourmet snack will always be a “winner” so it’s become one of my go-to gift ideas for him. I was recently sent a popcorn tin from The Popcorn Factory and it really got me thinking – why should we wait until father’s day to celebrate with yummy snacks? The Popcorn Factory has selections of popcorn tins and gifts for all kinds of holidays including Saint Patricks Day, Easter, Spring, Family Night and more.

I love having family movie nights and a popcorn tin from The Popcorn Factory would be a fun way to change up movie night. The tin that we were sent has 3 varieties of popcorn – butter, cheese & caramel so the whole family can enjoy even if you have different taste preferences. The tin came with a cute little popcorn box that can hold about a handful of popcorn. I wish that it had come with a few more so that multiple people could use them as they would be really convenient and would avoid having lots of hands going in and out of the tin all the time.

All 3 flavors were really yummy, I was pleasantly surprised that the butter popcorn was very buttery, not plain at all. The caramel popcorn was thoroughly coated but the popcorn wasn’t stuck in chunks like sometimes happens with caramel popcorn. All of the popcorn had a fresh feeling to it. My 3 year old nephew Drew loved the “Drew size” popcorn holder.

After you finish the popcorn, the divider can come out so you can use the tin to store just about anything you can dream up.
