I received products from Racor Home Storage Solutions for my review. All opinions are my own.
Our house is currently on the market. We had a house showing a few weeks ago and the potential buyers really liked our house but didn’t like the condition of our neighbors’ yards. Unfortunately, that’s not the first time we’ve heard this. We did some brainstorming with our agent and the agent who had just shown our house, and together we decided to rent a dumpster and have a home and neighborhood clean-up. This would encourage us to clear out our home and our neighbors to tidy up their yard clutter. The neighborhood spring clean-up was a huge success for everyone! Between us and our neighbors we filled the dumpster in half the time we had allowed!
Now that our yard, garage, shed and attic are a little less cluttered, it has given us a chance to install new organization and storage products from Racor. Racor offers several products that allow you to organize your space so that it may be used more effectively and efficiently. I have worked with Racor in the past and have found their products to be of high quality and very useful. You can read my last Racor review HERE.
For this review, we received: a set of Heavy Duty Ladder Hooks, a Tool Organizer Bar, a set of Storage Hooks and a 450 Rack.
Heavy Duty Ladder Hooks are built to hold up to 75 pounds. They have a neoprene coating to help hold your ladder securely in place. Even though the Heavy Duty Ladder Hooks were created to hold a ladder, they can also be used for other items such as hoses, cords, folding furniture, kids’ toys, etc.We use our Heavy Duty Ladder Hooks on our back fence near our garden shed. This was unused space that was perfect for storing our ladder. The hooks are very strong. I have no worries of our ladder falling or sliding off the Heavy Duty Ladder Hooks.
Tool Organizer Bar is a great product designed to hold up to 11 long handled tools and 12 smaller hanging items. We installed our Tool Organizer Bar in our garden shed. Shovels, rakes, gardening hand tools and more are now easily contained in one area.
Storage Hooks are a great way to hang items. Getting clutter off the floor and taking it to the walls gives the area a clean, open and organized feel. The set of eight Storage Hooks I received came with two Ladder Hooks, two Tool Hooks, two Bike Hooks and two Screw Hooks. I used one hook to hold my mop, one for extension cords and another for can and bottle recycling bags. They are very strong and work well.
450 Rack is a set of two racks, each with three steel tiers. As the name suggests, this rack set can hold up to 450 pounds (150 lbs. on each tier). This really is a multi-purpose set. You can use the racks for hanging or laying things on such as: patio umbrellas, sports equipment, gardening tools and more. You can also set shelves on the tiers and use it to hold coolers, small bbq grills or anything else. We have put our 450 Rack to use in the garage. It is currently holding my husband’s hunting gear.
Now that we have completed our spring cleaning, we are enjoying our house until the next owner comes along.

Hello, my name is Laurie. My family and I live near the Oregon coast. When we aren’t at work, in school, or on the volleyball court, we enjoy traveling, cheering for our favorite sports teams, playing outdoors, and checking off items on our bucket list. We are lucky in that both sets of our parents, as well as our siblings and their families, live within an hour of us. We get together often to help one another out, celebrate milestones, and go on adventures together.

I always do major cleaning at the end of the year since I have time off and it’s a new year coming up, and my birthday. It just seems like I need to get ready for a clean, new environment. I like these solid hooks that won’t fall during our earthquakes!
